Letter of
Recommendation
May 31, 2001
In January 2001, we contracted with Arizona Accounting &
Information Systems, Inc. to convert our manufacturing plant
accounting system to Sage MAS200.. This has been a very demanding and
complex conversion as it included Purchase Order, Inventory
Control, Kit Inventory Control, Bill of Materials, Sales Orders,
Sales Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll,
Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Asset Control.
We have 14 profit centers and two separate companies. Chris
St. Amand listened very carefully to our questions and
expectations and has put together a system within Sage MAS200 that is
really working well.
We will not hesitate to recommend
Arizona Accounting and Information Systems to any business that
inquires about Sage MAS200 and a company for implementation.
Chris and his staff are very
knowledgeable and thorough.
